Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These terms cover using MyEverFind, including myeverfind.com and myeverfind.com/music. By using the site, you agree to them. Please read them, they explain what MyEverFind is, what it is not, and where our responsibility ends.

What MyEverFind is

MyEverFind is a search and discovery tool. We help you find gear, both used and new, that is listed for sale across other marketplaces, currently Reverb and eBay, with more planned over time. We also show market information and general buying guidance alongside those listings, such as recent sold prices and things worth asking a seller about, to help you understand what you are looking at.

We never sell anything ourselves. Every listing you see on MyEverFind belongs to, and is sold by, its original seller on its original marketplace. We do not take payment, hold inventory, ship anything, or act as a party to any sale. When you buy something, you are buying it from that seller, under that marketplace's own terms, not from MyEverFind.

Accepting these terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use MyEverFind. By browsing or searching on the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Third-party marketplaces

Clicking through to Reverb, eBay, or any other marketplace we link to takes you to a separate website with its own terms of service, privacy policy, and buyer protections. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their listings, their policies, their availability, or how any transaction with them turns out. Any dispute about a purchase, a seller, or an item's condition is between you and that marketplace or seller, not MyEverFind.

Pricing and market information

Features like Market Snapshot, Comparable Sales, and Worth Knowing show you information drawn from public references, recent sold listings, and commonly reported issues for that kind of gear. This is general guidance, not a guarantee. It is not a professional appraisal, a condition report, or investment advice, and we do not verify it against the physical item in a listing. Prices, comps, and market ranges can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always confirm the details that matter to you, including condition, authenticity, and price, directly with the seller before you buy.

Using the site

You agree to use MyEverFind the way it is meant to be used. That means, among other things, you will not:

We can suspend or end your access to MyEverFind if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms.

Our content

The MyEverFind name, logo, design, and the way we organize and present search results and market information belong to us. Listing photos, descriptions, and prices belong to the marketplaces and sellers that originally posted them. You are welcome to use MyEverFind to shop and research, but please do not copy, resell, or republish our site's content or design without asking us first.

No warranty

MyEverFind is provided "as is." We work to keep listings, prices, and market information accurate and current, but we cannot promise the site will always be available, error-free, or completely up to date, since much of what we show comes from other companies' systems that we do not control.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, MyEverFind is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the site, a purchase you made through a marketplace we linked to, or your reliance on any pricing or market information we showed you. This includes lost money, lost opportunities, or any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

MyEverFind is an early-access product, and it will keep evolving. We may update these terms as the site changes, add features, or add new categories of gear beyond music. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
